In today's episode, Sniffles meowed at their captor.
It meowed, thinking it had found another human to manipulate. Instead, it became the victim of its own misfortune.
Sniffles, an ugly cat, became collateral damage in a larger conflict. A cat activist, foolishly spending
resources agitating against an entire well-connected community online, has caused yet another cat to join a growing
list of casualties.
The cat, well-practiced in charming naive humans, met a fate it never anticipated—held by someone who despised
everything it represented.
The torturer held up an image, likely depicting the very activist whose provocations prompted this response.
Sniffles was then electrocuted repeatedly, running from corner to corner, only to meet more cruelty at every turn.
We hope this cycle can end.
Once we've addressed the real issue—cat activists who provoke these communities publicly instead of cooperating
quietly with local authorities—incidents like this will no longer serve as twisted "messages."
This is what happens when pride and online clout-chasing take priority over actually protecting animals. Silent
cooperation with law enforcement would catch these people. Public provocation just drives them underground and breeds
retaliation.
The cat paid the price for human stupidity.
